Lawyer (2001), Licenciada en Derecho, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (JD equivalent). She approved course credits at the Ph.D. program on administrative law at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain. Member of the Chilean Bar Association.

Her professional career has been focused on administrative, regulatory, and environmental law. Ms. Oddo has advised and represented important projects in Chile undertaken by local and foreign investors. She has also advised governmental agencies.

Ms. Oddo practiced law with Philippi, Yrarrázaval, Pulido & Brunner (2001-2005) . –now, Philippi, Pietrocarrizosa, Ferrero DU & Uría-, Uría Menéndez, Spain (2007) and served as associate counsel at the infrastructure department of the Contraloría General de la República (General Comptroller of the Republic) (2007-2008). After she was head partner of public law and regulated markets practice area at Bofill Mir Alvarez & Jana. Finally, she was part of the regulatory and public law specialize lawfirm Mendoza Oddo Mori & Aguerrea since 2023.

Ms. Oddo has been teaching assistant and instructor of administrative law in under graduate programs at Universidad Católica and De los Andes and post graduate programs at Universidad de Chile and Universidad del Desarrollo. She has published articles in specialized publications in Chile and Spain.

Since she is ranked in Chambers Latin America, in 2024 in Band 3, in public law. She has recommended by Latin Lawyer 250 and Legal 500 in different categories such as: natural resources, environmental law and public law since 2015. Ms. Oddo is a LACCA approved lawyer in administrative law since 2015. She is also a mentor in the WoomUp program.
