Matías Alonso is a lawyer from the University of Chile, graduating with honors (2024). He has been a teaching assistant in Civil Law at the University of Chile since 2019, and was a teaching assistant in Commercial Law at the same institution between 2019 and 2020. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, and general corporate practice.
