Cristián has concentrated his practice in labor matters and has a vast experience in collective negotiations, litigation, advisory services and reports related to labor and social security law and immigration law.

He holds a law degree from Universidad de Chile (2009), a diploma in Labor Law, Procedural Reform and Litigation from Universidad Diego Portales (2011) and a master’s degree in Labor Law and Social Security from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2015).

Cristián is a member of the Centro Chileno de Derecho del Trabajo, the Sociedad Chilena de Derecho del Trabajo y Seguridad Social and has been featured in the publication Chambers and Partners.
