Camila Gutiérrez holds a Law degree and a Bachelor’s degree with a major in Social Sciences and Humanities from the University of Chile, graduating with highest distinction (2016). She completed a Diploma in Corporate Law and Compliance at Universidad de Los Andes (2024) and a Diploma in Finance and Accounting for Non-Specialists at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (2024). During 2025 and 2026, she will pursue an LL.M. with a specialization in Business Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

She has also served as a teaching assistant for the Alternative Dispute Resolution course at the University of Chile.

Camila is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
