Joaquín Recart provides comprehensive advice on contract and corporate law to local and international clients in a broad range of industries.
He also advises on capital markets, real estate, financing and mergers and acquisitions.
He holds a law degree from Universidad de Chile (summa cum laude, 2008), a Master of Laws degree in Private Law from Universidad de Chile (summa cum laude, 2013) and a Master of Laws degree from Columbia University (New York, 2015). He obtained Fulbright (2013) and Chile (2014) scholarships for graduate studies.
He has been highlighted since 2021 as a “Recommended Lawyer” in corporate law by the prestigious publication The Legal 500. In addition, he is a professor of Private Law at the Law School of Universidad de Chile.
