Manuel Sánchez has extensive experience advising companies and investment funds on complex M&A transactions, corporate and project financing, and corporate contracts. His practice covers competitive processes for the acquisition and sale of companies and assets, the structuring of investment vehicles, and the design and execution of financing transactions.

Representative Transactions:
• CasaIdeas: Advised the controllers of CasaIdeas on the sale of a controlling stake to Abraaj Group.
• Blue Express: Advised Altis and Kinza Capital on the acquisition of Blue Express from Bethia.
• Buses Hualpén: Advised on the sale of a minority stake in Buses Hualpén to Grupo ADO.
• Casa Costanera: Advised on the sale of the Casa Costanera mall to Consorcio.
• VivoCorp: Advised Inversiones Terra on the sale of 25% of the shares of VivoCorp S.A. to BTG Pactual and on the corresponding shareholders’ agreement.
• Bureau Veritas: Advised Bureau Veritas on the acquisition of Asesoría Minera Geoassay SpA.
• Clínica de la Mujer Sanatorio Alemán S.A.: Advised the borrower in a syndicated financing with Banco Security (agent), MetLife, Scotiabank, and BTG Pactual Private Debt Investment Fund.
• UNAB, UDLA, AIEP: Advised Fundación Educación y Cultura on the acquisition from Laureate of control of Universidad Andrés Bello, Universidad de Las Américas, Universidad de Viña del Mar, and AIEP.
• Volkswagen: Advised Volkswagen (Porsche) on the deployment of its dealership network in Chile.
• RED: Advised Consorcio Conecta on the award of two Service Units in the Santiago public transport system (RED).
