Manuel Sánchez has extensive experience advising domestic and foreign companies on corporate law matters, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and project finance, and reorganizations under insolvency and reorganization law.

Manuel also advises clients on capital markets matters, mainly in connection with investment funds.

He holds a law degree from the Universidad de Chile (1998), a Master of Laws degree from Cornell University (New York, 2002) and a diploma in Tax Law from the Luigi Bocconi University of Commerce (Milan, 2000).

He has been featured as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ in Corporate Law by the prestigious ranking publication The Legal 500 since 2018, and has been highlighted in Best Lawyers in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions since 2020.
