Michelle Cruces holds a Law degree from the University of Chile, graduating with distinction (2026). She completed an academic exchange program at the University of California, Davis, United States (2022), and received the award for the highest academic performance in Procedural Law. Her undergraduate thesis focused on personal data protection and received the highest grade.
She has served as a teaching assistant for Commercial Law and Sociology of Law at the University of Chile.
Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, data protection, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
