Sandra has over 25 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Auditing from the University of Talca. She also has a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Adolfo Ibáñez University. Additionally, she has completed a Diploma in Corporate Governance from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and a Diploma in Financial Investment Management from Adolfo Ibáñez University.

In 2024, she received the Certificate of Completion for the Board of Women Senior Management Program, organized by Mujeres Empresarias. She is an Assistant Professor of Corporate Governance for the Master’s in Financial Management at Adolfo Ibáñez University and a Full Professor of Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility at the University of Talca.
