Sebastián Sánchez advises local and cross-border companies on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financing, as well as construction, infrastructure and real estate matters.

He holds a law degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2013). He holds a diploma in Real Estate Law and Business from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2017) and a diploma in Antitrust from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2018).

Likewise, he has been an assistant lecturer in the courses of Legal Reasoning, Commercial Law and specialization courses in Private Law, at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
