Sebastián Sánchez advises local and cross-border companies on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, as well as construction, infrastructure and real estate matters.

He holds a law degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2013) and an LL.M., graduated with honors, from Northwestern University, Chicago, United States (2025). He completed a diploma in Real Estate Law and Business at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2017) and a diploma in Competition Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2018), where he received an honors diploma for the highest grades in the program.

He has also served as a teaching assistant for Legal Reasoning, Commercial Law and graduate specialization courses in Private Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

In 2024 and 2025 he was recognized by The Legal 500 as a Leading Associate in Corporate and M&A.
