Victoria Carrasco Held is a lawyer from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, graduating with highest distinction (2018). She completed a Master’s in Sports Management and Legal Skills at ISDE Academic Center in Barcelona, Spain (2023), and earned a Diploma in Corporate Taxation from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, completed in 2025.

Her practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance.

She currently serves as a member of the Anti-Doping Expert Panel (2025), acting as a member of the Review Chamber.

She has been a teaching assistant in Civil Law and Procedural Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and completed an international internship at Chase Lawyers, in the corporate and sports law area, in Miami, USA.
